Very knowledgeable in all aspects
Monday thru Friday (Heather) carrier is a 5-star plus person but the Saturday delivery (and sometimes on Friday) puts my packages under the mailbox or at my garage door that is 20 feet from street and in plain sight of traffic. Since we have issues of theft in neighborhood from mailboxes, I don't understand why packages are left in open spaces. We have two covered porches in the front of our house so it is not like under the mailbox or by garage door are the only places to put packages. I have complained to the main office and they have been considerate and professional, but the alternate postal delivery person does not comply with their assurance that this matter will be covered.
Old review:The main office is nice but the person who delivers my mail is horrible at delivering packages. Multiple times I have found my package just sitting in plain sight in the middle of my porch. There are numerous places to put the package so it is out of the view of the street. It seems UPS and Fedex are able to comprehend this.
Edited 2/10/17. Worse post office I have ever dealt with. In a week span, multiple packages have been sent to the wrong post office from the Royse City post office.
Took away 1 star for the early close time, but the staff is super-nice!
Wish I could leave the stars blank. We have been here for over 4 years and constantly have our mail delivered to neighbors. This week quite a bit of our mail along with a package was left on a neighbors porch. The mail carrier told his boss that it had gotten mixed up with their mail. The problem with that lie is that they did not receive mail at all that day. Wonder what neighbor received theirs. It is not our first complaint and yet nothing is done about this poor service. Gratefully we will soon be moving but who knows what mail we haven't gotten because of this poor service. Get a PO Box.
