I purchased land for sale by owner, owner financed by Bobby Crowell for a 10 year period. This was over 5 years ago and have had 1 problem after another with his office and I have been unable to resolve. I now paying my own taxes because they were not being paid on time by their office. Checks I have sent directly from my bank mysteriously disappear in their office, and for 5 years and 3 months I have tried to get a warranty deed filed at the County but to this day I hear, its in progress, or we'll check on it. I have to manage my own account month to month. I have never been late on a payment and they are even hesitant to give a receipt when I ask for one. Their receipts have no company name. I have received NO bills, NO statements for 5 years and 3 months and I have asked. I have been told 'end of next week' or I'm working on it. I'm on secretary / bookkepper number 4. Suffice it to say, I am now in the process of engaging a lawyer I keep on retainer.
I do recommend the company as a real estate company, NOT for their owner financing services. They have great knowledge of the Royse City area and they are well known and well established.
